Remember, the login requires that you enter your ENTIRE email address (ie: user@myfamilyhomelending.com), not just your user name. 

The first time you log in, you will need to pick an email program to use. We suggest NeoMail as it is easy to use. You will then have the opportunity to enter some "signature" information that you will not need to enter each time you send an email.
